It's a long story. He's from Westeros, like Sansa and Jon. His family's done terrible things to theirs. I don't even know it all and I'd be here for some time typing it out. I find the fact that their sigil is flayed man to be rather telling.
When I met him, he was going by the name Willem. Maybe you remember, that young man at the beach, before? He pretended to be a simple farmhand. He's the one that took Theon's finger.
[She mentions Theon now and then. He'll remember when she used to go fairly often to tend to his injured hand, though she never discussed it at length out of respect for both Jamie and Theon himself.]
It was a mess, but Ramsay was dealt with. Sansa was married to him, once. I sincerely doubt he'll try anything directly, but we need to keep an eye on her.

He can only imagine what horrors she witnessed or endured. ]
I'd rather him in the ground, but don't go out of your way to find him. Let him hide like a rat. He's not worth getting in trouble with the guard or whoever else might attempt to be righteous.
